David Eagleman and Yael Katz, BrainCheck helps reduce the human and economic toll of cognitive impairment and dementia through its interactive cognitive assessment and care management technology. We have traction with over 400 primary care and neurology practices as well as several brand-name health systems and payers. Our dynamic team of 20 is based in Houston and Austin, Texas.

 

Inside Sales Representative

 

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing company and gain extensive experience and knowledge working closely with sales leaders. At BrainCheck we’ve built a successful inside sales model through which we sell our reimbursable cognitive assessment platform. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role is critical to driving growth for the company, and this is a great opportunity for the right person to develop their sales skills at a healthtech startup!

 

Your Charge:

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop accounts and assigned leads to book quality meetings
  • Effectively articulate the benefits of BrainCheck’s platform to prospective customers
  • Make outbound/inbound calls and emails to create leads for the sales team
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Successfully sign up new prospects for free trials through a defined sales process
  • Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Definitive Healthcare to prospect leads
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and develop interest
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE’s) to achieve sales goals and ensure opportunities are moving forward
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly quota

 

About you:

  • 1-2 years of sales or related experience, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare space
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of success and tenacity
  • Excellent communication, qualification, and objection handling skills
  • A good listener with the ability to solve problems and implement solutions for your prospects
  • Interest in, and passion for working at a start-up
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong written communication skills
  • Team player who is truly passionate about software and technology
  • Innate hunger, self-motivation, and work ethic
  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools preferred
  • 4 year college degree preferred
