We’re looking for an innovative and collaborative operations generalist to join our fast-growing engineering team. Our cross-functional product team is made up of software engineers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and music composers, all working collaboratively to deliver on our roadmap vision to make a massive dent in the neuroscience industry.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute a wide range of People Operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, new hire onboarding, benefits, and offboarding.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes. This would include drafting job descriptions based on hiring manager needs, sourcing qualified candidates, monitor
  • progress and feedback from the hiring manager.
  • Lead the execution within the company’s project management system to help build out the right systems and processes per department.
  • Start to build out L&D programs, training, and career ladders.
  • Contribute to special projects that drive company communication and great working remote culture.
  • Support the leadership team on ad hoc priority business projects.
  • Support COO with legal projects
  • Cultivate remote working culture initiatives.
  • Support as the office manager to assure the office is set up with the right technology etc.

 

Your Skillset and Background

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or HR roles.
  • Experience with running recruiting and onboarding new team members.
  • You LOVE systems and processes in order to make things simple and efficient.
  • Comfortable with reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Experience with discreetly handling sensitive/confidential employee information (Gusto is a plus but not required).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working with project management systems and creating SOPs for an array of different departments.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness and urgency to consistently set and meet deadlines.
