Our first product, Aim Lab, is a personalized training platform that helps gamers learn about their strengths and weaknesses and train for the game they love. Aim Lab has over 20 million players around the world and is available for free on Steam and even on Roblox. Aim Lab also has official partnerships with some of the biggest publishers, including Riot, Ubisoft, and Activision Blizzard.

The Content Producer Role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Producer to join the Content team. Someone who is knowledgeable in multiple games (VALORANT, R6, APEX, CS:GO, etc) and is comfortable leading the production of new content series.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch content ideas relating to VALORANT, R6, APEX, CS:GO, etc
• Oversee content projects through pre-production, production and post-production, specifically focused on education and game-specific knowledge
• Assess creative concepts and project scope within budget and timing constraints
• Coordinate and work closely with the head of content, cinematographers, editors, graphic designers, freelancers and talent
• Maintain production schedules and accurate documentation related to all aspects of production
• Update production calendars and schedules for their produced series

Ideal Skills

• 3+ years experience as a digital content producer
• Experience in researching and writing scripts required for the development of a project
• Deep understanding of gaming and esports content
• Familiarity with pre-production, production, and post-production
• Working knowledge of Adobe CC programs (Photoshop, Premiere) and project management software
• Ability to trouble-shoot under pressure
• Project management skills
• Experience running and managing video shoots
• Positive team player and thrives with team collaboration
• Organized, communicative and detail-oriented
