Postdoc position on cognitive neuroscience at Hong Kong Baptist University

The System Health Lab at Hong Kong Baptist University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Scholar position in the fields of Cognitive Neuroscience to begin Nov 1, 2021. Exact starting date is negotiable. The position is up to five years. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with Prof. Yike Guo (https://www.comp.hkbu.edu.hk/v1/?page=profile&id=yikeguo), Dr. Rongjun Yu (http://www.rongjunyu.org/), and a group of scientists on a creativity related project.

Qualification:

• Completed PhD degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Engineering, or related areas.
• Extensive EEG experience, EEG decoding/machine learning skills preferred
• Willingness to work in a highly interdisciplinary environment with an interest in creativity, arts, and brain-related questions and high enthusiasm for doing high-quality research in the field of social neuroscience.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary.
