Junior System Administrator-DevOps

Due to the current growing at the company, we are looking for a talented junior system administrator with genuine interest in DevOps practices.

Start date: ASAP

Your mission will be helping us maintaining, documenting, improving our current infrastructure both on-premises and cloud, and implementing new projects as they come along.

Required education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education or equivalent working experience

Responsibilities:

• Backups
• Monitoring
• Hardening
• Documenting
• Keeping systems up to date
• Managing accounts
• New projects
• Disaster recovery drill
• Automation
• Assist support team when: high workload, sickness, vacation
• Assist developers with: pipelines, Docker images, deployments, builds, etc…

Requirements:

• English B2 level
• Knowledge / Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience as a System administrator / DevOps
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, OSI model, HTTPS, etc…)
• Scripting (Bash, Python)
• Virtualization (VMware)
• Containerization (Docker)
• Administration Linux (Ubuntu)
• Administration Cloud platform (Azure, AWS)
• Storage NAS systems (Synology)
• Backups (Veeam Backup)
• Monitoring (Zabbix)
• Automation (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
• Version control system (Git)
