We are Siopi.ai. We are improving the patient path by transforming the patient experience into value.

The users we serve have no “miracle” cure to their condition(s). Treatments are mostly palliative, costly and difficult to access (few skill staff, specialists living in other city, practicians are overbooked, no reimbursement, etc.)

To help them, we are building a community of patients with chronic disease (starting with Tinnitus) and provide them with pragmatic solutions that scale. These solutions are build with them, e.g. we made more than 200 qualitative users interview in the first year of the company, plus quantitative research. We are data nerds and it helps us understand and serve our users better.

Our actually platform is a mobile app that match our users by similarity of symptoms using Machine Learning with clinical questionnaires. We couple this with a collaborative database to become a central hub to find treatment information and services.

We are working with researchers and doctors to transform these data into a meaningful and reliable source for our users and for science. Our long term goal is to improve the entire health pathway for chronic diseases worldwide (chronic disease has no frontier).

Our team is 6 (Robin Guillard for research, Louis Korczowski as CEO, Mohamed for marketing, Ralph as senior back-end, Mazen as senior front-end), don’t hesitate to meet them on linkedin. We have also freelance full-stack working part time and a Marketing mentor, Zineb Layachi. We are stack agnostic (we use what we need when we need it). We use python (django) for back-end and dart (Flutter) for front for our app.

We are looking for a software craftsman CTO, part-time may be enough at first (minimum 2 days a week). Our dev team is senior so you’ll need to push our technical understanding with good practices (Clean architecture, TDD, CI/CD, etc.) to help us always improve and accelerate. It will be challenging.

We already have a pre-seed so we can pay you with salary but the biggest reward for you will be an important part of shares. Our goal is to leverage a seed round, so it is the perfect time to onboard.
