Junior Mechanical Engineer

At INBRAIN Neuroelectronics we’re looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

PURPOSE

INBRAIN Is seeking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support the mechanical team across all projects, but mainly in basic design such as tooling, test fixtures and jigs designs, modelling and technical drawings of basic parts and supporting the testing and documentation for the mechanical team.

Main responsibilities

• 3D Mechanical CAD Modelling
• Technical drawing identifying critical tolerances to manufacture.
• Prototyping. 3D printing principally.
• Design for manufacturing tooling and jigs.
• Own and maintain test fixtures, jigs and equipment
• Perform tests and prepare reports

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience working as a mechanical engineer.
• Experience using CAD tools. (SW preferable)
• Knowledge of Manufacturing process.
• Hand crafter on 3D printed parts.
• Good mechanical knowledge, team player, fast learner, hands-on person, self-motivated, pro-active individual able to work in a diverse team within a start-up company.
• Fluent in English (company language); mastering of Spanish language is highly appreciated.
• Position based In Barcelona
