Neuralink is looking for an intern to join our recruiting team who is interested in becoming a true partner in scheduling, sourcing, managing the candidate pipeline, putting on campus events, and more. No prior experience in recruiting is necessary – as we’ll teach you everything you need to know! 

Recruitment is the driving force behind Neuralink’s growth. The recruiting team is responsible for cultivating exceptionalism by finding top talent and hiring experts for our interdisciplinary teams while providing an all-around great candidate experience. 

About you 

• You’re looking to make a significant impact starting day one! 
• You want to work with incredibly talented people – ranging from Neuroscientists, Biologists, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, and even Neurosurgeons — all who love teaching others about what they do!

• You have a strong interest in joining the Neuralink team full-time with the completion of your internship!

• Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and process-oriented
• Strong work ethic and sees tasks through to completion
• Must be flexible and willing to adapt to change
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Success operating in a start-up environment with autonomy and/or a college degree
• Experience with G Suite
• Familiarity with Greenhouse
