Digital Marketing Manager

 

Location: Austin, Houston, TX

Type: Full Time

Min. Experience: Mid Level

 

In this role, you will be responsible for BrainCheck’s digital marketing programs as we strive for category leadership in an entirely new product category (SaMD-Software as a Medical Device). This is truly a unique opportunity in the health tech space to be part of a team that is building a world class brand that empowers clinicians to deliver personalized cognitive health care to patients everywhere.

 

Your charge

  • Create strategies for display, social media, SEO, and paid search campaigns.
  • Develops all digital marketing plans for email, mobile, social media , SEO/SEM, paid search, etc. 
  • Build online brand awareness and generate inbound leads to help fuel aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns from inception through execution and implementation.  
  • Analyze and measure online ad campaign performance for maximum effectiveness and goal attainment, adjusting and refreshing as required. 
  • Manage digital marketing budget and track/analyze ROI for campaigns.

  • You are a great communicator — in person and in writing — and a great listener. 
  • Your strong quantitative skills allow you to ask (and answer) questions about the business, understand the impact of an initiative/product, and report on results.
  • You’re a detail-oriented, multi-tasker able to effectively self-manage across multiple priorities. 

 

Qualifications & compensation

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience working in digital marketing and advertising
  • Well-versed in use of social media as marketing tool
  • Solid understanding of website metrics and best practices
  • Experience with SEO, lead generation and email marketing 
  • Experience in a healthcare and/or medical technology company a plus
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using SalesForce/Pardot preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tools such as Screaming Frog and SEMRush
  • Google certification a plus
  • Has worked with remote teams
