Curriculum Manager

Background

NeuroMaker is the educational division of a global Brain Computer Interface technology company based out of Boston, Massachusetts. NeuroMaker currently works with hundreds schools primarily in North America to build authentic learning experiences in K12 education using artificial intelligence, BCI technology, neuroscience and more. NeuroMaker is seeking to build out a remote friendly addition to the team to expand academic, implementation and engineering possibilities to our operations.

• Remote Full Time  Position working within a fully remote team
• 5-10 years of experience managing educational products or user experience
• Proficient in commonly used K12 LMS systems such as Google Classroom, Schoology, Canvas, Blackboard or equivalent
• Proficiency in basic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
• Basic Proficiency in Video Editing
• Ability to work with hardware and software product teams to streamline the use of educational materials
• Basic understanding of national and state educational standards especially in the K12 STEM, CTE and NGSS fields
• Experience in Agile product development and ability to own the development of curricular and instructional materials for a full learning system
• Basic understanding of Universal Design for Learning principles or technology integrated pedagogical concepts
• Strong appetite for learning new skills and deep pride for delivering an unbeatable customer experience
• Preferred but not Mandatory Experience and Skills
  • Classroom teaching experience
  • Strong interest in STEM education, Neuroscience, Socio Emotional Learning, Career Technical Education, Computer Science or Programming
  • Fast growth technology company experience
  • Experience implementing educational technology into large school organizations
  • Demonstrated passion for pushing equity initiatives into education technology
