Software Engineer (Summer 2022 Internship)

Interns on the Internal Tools software team work closely with other engineers – electrical, microfabrication, chip designers, and mechanical engineers – to build Neuralink’s centralized manufacturing management and analysis platform. We are building a data platform to collect, organize, and visualize a diverse set of data ranging from neural signal recordings to microfabrication manufacturing data. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to own projects that drive engineering and that will help accelerate our pathway to human ready brain implants.

Interns will be based in either our Fremont or Austin locations!

Key qualifications: 

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

Preferred qualifications:

• NOTE: You do not need to have any of the below qualifications to be considered for this role!
• Familiarity with Ruby, Python, and/or Javascript
• Familiarity with container management and orchestration
• Familiarity with web application frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Django
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Experience with infrastructure development
