We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help build our team. In this role you will recruit difficult-to-fill hardware and software engineering positions. There is real potential for career progression in this position.

This position can be fully remote, or based out of our offices in NYC or San Francisco Bay Area.
You will:
- Recruit difficult-to-fill hardware and software engineering positions.
- Ensure candidates have a pleasant experience through the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and results to each and every applicant.
- Own all full cycle recruitment processes for the company, including sourcing of talent, vetting of applications, interviewing, interview scheduling (we use Calendly to automate this) and completion of reference checks.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies to augment our recruitment efforts.
- Develop a deep understanding of our talent needs to your help refine our recruitment strategy for scaling our headcount effectively.
- Report on progress towards our recruitment goals via weekly analysis of our ATS data, and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience specializing in filling technical roles, including electrical and/or hardware engineering positions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven expertise with working towards ambitious targets. Driven to exceed expectations.
- Proficient with MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
