Job Description & Mission:
We are looking for a senior interface engineer to deliver training and support for installation and service of our medical imaging software, designed to support the diagnosis and assessment of drug efficacy for central nervous system diseases.
Reporting to the CTO, your missions will be the following:
- Improve and maintain our micro-services performances
- Package new micro-services with Docker and other Python librairies such as PyTorch or Scikit Learn
- Execute benchmarks on different algorithms
- Help build normative datasets in collaboration with the scientific team
- Help improve code maintainability with continuous integration tools
- Conduct validation for our analyses results in comparison with a consensus of experts
- Conduct risk assessment on software units and help write the documentation for regulatory submissions
This position will include close interactions with the Imaging, Development, Clinical research and Marketing teams at Qynapse, as well as with our IT & clinical partners.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Biomedical Engineer)
- Efficient, focused, organised & autonomous
- Previous work experience as a senior developer
Skills:
Required:
- Fluent in Python (PyTest, OOP)
- Knowledge of version management software such as SVN, Git, GitHub, Gitlab.
- Micro-services architecture, Docker, Kubernetes (Optional)
- Experience with AGILE/SCRUM methods.
Plus at least one of the following:
- Experience with IT systems in Healthcare (PACS, EMR, EHR)
- Unix and/or Linux experience
Contract, renumeration and perks:
- Full-time position starting as soon as possible
- Remuneration depending on experience
Location:
- Full remote or in our Pais office
