Job Description & Mission:
We are looking for a Product manager to drive the strategy, the development and the deployment of a software-based medical device that will be used as a support for the diagnosis and assessment of drug efficacy for central nervous system diseases.
Directly reporting to the VP of Product Management, your missions will be the following:
- Contribute to the product management of Qynapse platform on both the clinical trials and the healthcare markets
- Prioritize to deliver features that will drive the most value first
- Work with developers and other product members to build and deliver features
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of different stakeholders, and use them to setup objectives and build roadmaps with milestones
- Continually research the competitive landscape and overall markets for both Healthcare and clinical trials
- Ensuring the development and the regulatory milestones remain on track with the roadmap
This position will include close interactions with the Imaging, Development, Clinical research, QARA and Marketing and Commercial teams at Qynapse, as well as with our clinical partners.
Profile:
- Engineering background in neuroscience, biomedical, pharmacology OR business and marketing background with a deep understanding of these clinical topics
- At least 2 years of experience as Product manager, ideally in a healthcare software environment
- Understand healthcare and clinical trials ecosystems
- Focused, pragmatic, autonomous and proactive
- Excellent communicator, both interpersonal and written, on both a technical and a business level
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing startup environment
- Well organized and able to juggle many projects at once
Skills:
Required:
- Ability to set up and keep on track a project timeline
- Efficiency with project management tools and issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, GitLAb, …)
- Experience with PACS/EHR/clinical trials e-Source information systems
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Experience with software engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
Plus at least one of the following:
- Good knowledge of AGILE
- Experience in neuroimaging
- Experience with medical devices and regulatory pathways
- Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR regulations
Contract, renumeration and perks:
- Full-time position starting as soon as possible
- Remuneration depending on experience
