Brainsights is a neuroscience data and technology company making the insights of the brain radically accessible. We’re hiring a Data Operations Lead to help us execute this vision and bring revolutionary technology to market.

The Data Operations Lead is responsible for:

• Managing and operating our in-lab and at-home data collection experience, wherein members of our community exchange their survey, biometric and neuroscientific data for compensation
• Ensuring that our at-home panel comprises the right mix of participants to supply customer projects with data
• Managing logistics for our hardware inventory that we use to capture data from community participants, including both in-lab and at-home devices
• Providing and coordinate technical support resources for community participants
• Interfacing with Client Success teams at Brainsights to ensure client data requirements are met
• Ongoing data quality assurance to ensure the best quality data experience for our clients

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, openness to learning and an immense pride in your work. 

You’ll have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management and/or logistics, with responsibility for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. 

You’ll have experience quickly getting up to speed on new software to solve business challenges or support business goals, and strong critical thinking in support of sound decision-making. You should be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative in prior roles.

Joining the engineering team, you’ll be playing a critical role as the operations pivot between engineering and customer-facing teams.  You’ll possess strong communications skills, with fluency in English (spoken/written). Additional languages a distinct advantage.

And you’ll be eager to grow – the Data Operations Lead will work closely with the marketing team to roll out Brainsights’ measurement platform services in new markets around the world.

• Total Compensation Range: $80-110K CAD/year commensurate with experience, includes salary and performance bonuses
