Job Description & Mission:

We are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to coordinate research and interventional studies to assess the clinical impact of our medical devices.

Directly reporting to the Scientific Team Leader, your tasks will be the following:

  • Coordinate clinical studies
  • Management of complex, global, multi-center clinical research projects in a variety of neurological diseases
  • Delivery of clinical research projects on time, within budget and in accordance with high quality standards
  • Work in accordance with company SOPs, GCP guidelines and country specific regulations
  • Writing study reports
  • Develop, collect, review and edit clinical research project documentation
  • Data management
  • Support in data analysis for scientific publications
  • Support in writing publications

The project manager will be part of meetings with our clinical partners, and will report the progress of ongoing studies.

 

Profile:

  • PhD in Neuroscience, neuroimaging, neuropsychology or biology is preferred, with at least 2 years experience in clinical studies coordination
  • Industry experience (CRO or pharmaceutical companies)
  • Knowledge in neuroimaging and in clinical trial design
  • Previous collaborations in scientific publications is a plus

 

Skills:

  • Focused, pragmatic, autonomous, dynamic, curious and proactive
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of French
  • Knowledge about the regulatory aspects related to clinical research
  • Knowledge in the scientific publication procedures

 

Contract, renumeration and perks:

  • Full-time position starting as soon as possible
  • Remuneration depending on experience.

 

Location:

  • US-based (remote work possible)
