Job Description & Mission:

We are looking for a senior interface engineer to deliver training and support for installation and service of our medical imaging software, designed to support the diagnosis and assessment of drug efficacy for central nervous system diseases.

Reporting to the Head of products, your missions will be the following:

  • Review customer’s IT environment to develop HL7 and DICOM interfaces between a customer’s PACS and other healthcare systems.
  • Select the best integration solution in collaboration with our development team & the client and lead the operational deployment of such solutions
  • Analyze, plan and monitor progress of different projects
  • Deliver presales demonstrations
  • Train customers to use the software
  • Maintain a technical relationship with IT services and products discussions with the users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and issue resolution for customers

This position will include close interactions with the Imaging, Development, Clinical research and Marketing teams at Qynapse, as well as with our IT & clinical partners.

 

Profile:

  • IT/computer sciences/healthcare informatics background
  • At least 3 years of experience as Interoperability engineer in medical imaging
  • Organized, pragmatic, autonomous and proactive
  • Excellent customer interaction skills, both verbal and written

 

Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years healthcare IT experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience designing, developing, and supporting production DICOM/HL7/FHIR interfaces
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects within a short timeframe
  • Knowledge of IT software solutions: PACS, VNA, RIS, EHR/EMR
  • Knowledge of IT exchange data norms: HL7, IHE, XML, DICOM, DICOMWeb.
  • Network SQL, TCP/IP, VPN.

Plus at least one of the following:

  • MRI physics including MRI protocols set-up
  • Experience with Information Systems Integration
  • Unix and/or Linux experience

 

Contract, renumeration and perks:

  • Full-time position starting as soon as possible
  • Remuneration depending on experience
