Job Description 

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the operational activity of BrainQ’s clinical trials and other activities in the US. You will be a focal point for representatives of each site and will provide ongoing support for sites under the clinical trial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate US inventory and in-bound distribution processes 
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections of BrainQ products shipped into the US (as might be requested and guided by the QA department)
  • Oversee reprocessing and/or destruction of used BrainQ products 
  • Provide backup support for device training and device troubleshooting for teams in medical centers
  • Assure a reliable internet connectivity for BrainQ internet-connected products and support  – online and in-person support if needed.
  • Manage physical needs of US marketing events 
  • Solve physical and technical issues which aren’t solvable locally or online. 

 

Requirements

  • Experience with logistics management
  • Experience with medical devices (advantage)
  • Basic technical orientation 
  • Ability to travel on short notice
  • Experience in managing similar operations (2 years +)
  • Excellent verbal, speaking, and in-person communication skills. 
  • Very organized, attentive to small details, self-managed, and proactive learner.
