Cogniant is a precision brain health company that has built an adaptable, secure, and interactive platform that passively collects patient data to predict psychiatric and neurodegenerative risk – and enable timely interventions. We are introducing image, voice, and natural language technologies into the world of clinical trials and clinical care to better patient outcomes and support our academic, pharma and clinical research organizations (CRO) partners. Today, our solutions are being used in major hospitals, clinics and academic research centers across Australia and Singapore.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate scientific leader to join our team and be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with academic, biopharma and CRO organizations in the US.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Share Cogniant’s vision to use technology to transform brain health.
• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Build and oversee a multidisciplinary team of scientists to develop and commercialize our pipeline of digital medicine products
• Develop relationships across complex customer stakeholder landscapes such as universities, biopharma and biotech companies and CRO
• Support Cogniant in establishing itself as a thought leader in brain health by representing the company at press and scientific conferences, meetings, conventions and investor events

Your Profile

• Passion for the startup ecosystem
• Team player – work in a small agile team
• PhD in Science or Engineering
• Record of creative thought leadership in research and translation of research into the real world
• Experience in digital health, biopharma, CRO, biotech preferred
