Neuralink is looking for a Talent Coordinator who is interested in becoming a true partner to the team! Recruitment is the driving force behind Neuralink’s growth and is responsible for cultivating exceptionalism by finding top talent and hiring experts for our interdisciplinary teams, all while providing an all-around great candidate experience.
Our recruiting team is responsible for driving growth across the company, finding the most talented experts from different fields and ensuring an all around great experience in the recruiting process. We’re looking for a recruiting ops hire who will be a true partner to the recruiting team—project management, scheduling, as well as any other responsibilities you would like to learn or have!
About you:
- You find large challenges exciting and enjoy discovering and defining problems as much as solving them.
- You deliver. You may enjoy thoughtful conversations about problems and perfecting designs, but in the end, you know that what matters is delivering a manufacturable solution that works every time.
- You are a cross-disciplinary team member. You are excited to work with and learn from software, mechanical, electrical, materials, biological engineers, and neuroscientists. You are comfortable communicating across teams.
- Resourceful, flexible and adaptable; no task is too big or too small.
Key qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar management.
- A passion for creating processes, attention to detail, and sees tasks through to completion.
- Strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and team oriented.
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to change.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and G Suite.
- Success operating in a start-up environment with autonomy.
