As an Associate Contract Analyst, you will provide contractual process support to the Pain and broader Neurosciences Group related to Key Opinion Leaders and Institutions engagement in collaboration with Medtronic.
The Neuroscience Business is one of the fastest-growing businesses and helps patients all over the globe needing Spinal & Cranial technologies.
This role report to the Sr. Business Director Western Europe Spine.
A Day in the Life
- Manage physician contracts. Ensure accurate supporting documentation of consulting services and make arrangements in strict compliance with relevant country laws and Medtronic policy.
- Plan future interactions in advance, engage with internal stakeholders on time to perform all administrative steps including signatures and approvals.
- Manage invoicing for department cost centre and budget.
- Create, manage and follow-up legal and compliance documents with health care professionals.
- Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts.
- Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contract activities for proper contract acquisition and fulfilment in accordance with company policies, legal and compliance requirements, and customer specifications.
- Advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyse data and maintain historical information.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in business support involving project management
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated ability to follow strict procedures and compliance rules
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail
- Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills across different cultures
- Ability to function well in high-energy business environments
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Daily activities include interaction with high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
Nice to Have
- A second European language
- Previous experience involving paralegal processes
