Operations Data Analyst

What you will be doing:

• Work with the Service, Operations & Digital teams to define and optimize data infrastructure, data flows, data integrations, KPIs and analytics to support operations and Service key functions
• Lead, define, develop, administrate & support Salesforce Service-Cloud system. This includes hands-on administration of Service cloud platform and digital tools
• Define and ensure the data integration flow among the operational systems: Salesforce, Priority ERP etc.
• Lead Supply chain and Manufacturing data infrastructure, data models & analytics
• Responsible for the extraction, aggregation and quality assurance of data from multiple operational systems for the development of reports, dashboards and statistical information using digital & BI tools such as: Qlik, Power BI , Excel ,SQL etc.
• Work with the Digital team to communicate the operations and Service requirements, define priorities, test developments and ensure that the platform is adapted to the work processes
• Proactively suggest process improvement feedback to management
• Located in our site in Matam-Haifa

What you have:

• 2+ years hands-on implementation experience in Salesforce Service Cloud platform
• 2+ years hands-on experience in information systems & analytics domain 
• BSc. industrial engineering/information systems graduate
• Experience with data entry systems, quality control, dataset creating and maintenance
• Strong analytical skills and data management abilities
• Passion for Service and Supply chain operations, improving work processes and data analysis
• Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL etc.) and basic SQL or Python
• Experience with Service Cloud on Salesforce
• Organized, attentive to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experienced in presentations of technical material
