Job description
ANT Neuro is growing, and we have ambitious plans to expand the team in the coming years. In order to help manage this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Hengelo office. You will undertake a diverse range of tasks and activities, within a fast-paced environment and in collaboration with the corporate new business function and top management, focused on managing complex projects. To be successful in the role of Project Manager you need to possess or acquire familiarity with the processes of project management. You will be trained in the knowledge of portfolio and strategic technologies according to the existing technology roadmap at ANT Neuro, carry out daily standups, track tasks and host bi-weekly demos within your team (susceptible to rotation depending on the project). You will support top management and program management in the achievement of important strategic milestones in the department of partnerships. In this role you will report to the holding’s Program Manager for Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Assume full project ownership over the assigned projects through all stages of the project (work packages), including setting up project documents (project requirements documents), meetings with external partners, managing teams in an agile fashion, assign tasks to team members, have people report on tasks and activities, and report to top management about projects progress
- Find and assist in writing grants for funding from academic and industrial grants and partnerships. Compile project proposals to get the partners’ buy in towards negotiation.
- learn to use the company’s ERP and CRM system to be able to input new customers’ data and start tracking internal projects
- Actively participate in establishing and improving ANT Neuro’s partnership program (generate leads, prepare contracts and proposals for partners, creating new marketing material such as website, brochures, etc.)
- Pro-actively suggest improvements to the processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biomedical engineering or similar discipline (Minimum)
- At least 1 year experience in a similar project management role and willingness to learn
- Experience in an industrial / engineering setting
- Experience with ERP tools and software
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with management and stakeholders at all levels
- Autonomous and pro-active attitude
- A high level of competence with the Microsoft office suite
- Familiarity with the agile framework (preferred)
- Familiarity with EEG devices and scientific setups (preferred)
