Overview

Dandelion is an advanced neurotechnology startup focused on developing transformative therapeutics. Founded in 2020 and based in Hoboken, NJ, Dandelion is funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). We are a small, nimble team conducting advanced research in an area that has the potential to help patients globally. We are currently seeking passionate and highly motivated individuals to join the team.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Research and implementation of algorithms for data preprocessing and feature extraction
• Analysis of experimental data, hypothesis validation
• Gathering and summarizing insights from data
• Development of ML models

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience
• Proficiency of Python
• Degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Optional plus: Bayesian statistics
• Optional plus: Tensorflow, PyTorch

Additional Skills

• Superior organizational, time management, and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and willing to take initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Optional plus: previous experience with EEG, ECG or any other electro-magnetic diagnostic tests
• Optional plus: Ability to speak a second language.
