Project Manager

The Project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective multitasking
  • Driven to see projects through to completion
  • Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable; no task is too big or too small

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Min 2 years of experience in a startup environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Facilities
  • Google Calender, Slides, and Sheets proficiency
  • Ability to see process and scheduling inefficiencies and fix them
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment
  • Willing and eager to go above and beyond/flexible schedule

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Make sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
  • Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
  • Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
  • Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
  • Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
