Job Description

You will join the Business Development & Strategy function, working closely with the team on building and executing a forward-looking strategy for the company, and helping to execute MindMaze’s vision of revolutionizing neurological care through digital therapeutics. Working in a fast-paced, global, intellectually rigorous environment, your primary key responsibility will be to provide market intelligence and analytical support that will inform key decision making across the organization.

You will:

• Screen the market to understand and track the competitive landscape, liaising when necessary with the Commercial and Marketing counterparts to ensure integrated intelligence across teams
• Identify and assess opportunities (partnering or acquisition) to address gaps in the portfolio or offering
• Identify and analyse new emerging trends relevant for MindMaze across our healthcare portfolio
• Support the Strategy / Business Development team on specific ad hoc deep-dive topics and due diligence activities
• Prepare regular update presentations for the management team, including developing visualizations and dashboards where useful to help gain new insights
• Perform other team duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• Master degree from a leading university with a strong academic record in Business or Sciences,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
• 3+ years of analyst experience in a top-tier consulting firm in biotech, pharma, or MedTec industries
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English, another language would be a plus
• Strong skills in designing presentations and creating spot-on analyses and solid recommendations
• You proactively learn and are curious about digital health and neuroscience
• Being collaborative with the ability to work successfully in cross-functional, cross-border and virtual teams
