Oura is an award-winning and fast-growing startup that helps people track their sleep and transform their health using the Oura ring and connected apps.

Oura is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in the US and help us build and optimize our customer support tooling and processes, and help create delightful support experiences for our members.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern time zone. We have office hubs in Boston and NYC.

What you will do:

• Own and drive the roadmap for Oura’s customer support tooling, delivering a more optimized CX agent experience
• Own and drive the roadmap for end-user-facing support experiences
• Work closely with our CX team to understand needs and capabilities, and measure impact of improvements over time
• Collaborate with designers and developers to concept, prototype, ship, and measure updates to our web and mobile platforms
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements
• Work with analysts and data scientists to measure success of internal and external features, and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team, if you have:

• 5+ years experience as a product manager for a scaled consumer service
• Experience driving customer support tooling and support experiences
• A proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams – preferably with international groups
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
• Passion for and knowledge of the consumer health tech, sleep tech or wearable spaces
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
