Position Overview:

The Electronics Repair Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and re-testing customer product returned for repair as well as assisting with internal non-conforming product. 

Qualification Requirements 

• Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics and/or medical device repairs
• Experience in soldering (surface mount and through-hole). Solder certification preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in good documentation practices
• Electromechanical assembly experience
• Experience working under a microscope
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision after training.
• Communication: English (Written and Verbal).

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to work in an office setting.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
