The Role:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist (Paid Social) to join the Growth Team to help further our mission by creating amazing content on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
The ideal candidate is a writer/creator/strategist who can synthesize data and produce videos that convert to sales.
Who you are
- You’re passionate about brand, design, messaging, and sales – we’re looking for someone who likes to create beautiful things but also wants to drive revenue
- You’re a wordsmith – you can write copy that people feel in their gut
- You’re analytical – you’re not afraid of numbers, you can recognize patterns in copy and you can apply your findings to the real world
- You think in sequences – for example, you repeatedly come up with unique combinations of messaging and visuals that drive results
- You have a keen eye and hawk-like attention to detail – nothing gets by you
- You don’t need to have direct experience but you do need a track-record of creating content
- You’re empathetic – for both your coworkers and those you advertise to
- Familiarity with FB Ads Manager and TikTok ad platform a plus
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- An excellent communicator who gets along well with others and appreciates feedback
How your skills and passion will come to life at Cerebral:
- Own projects from ideation to scripting to production to final delivery
- Use research and data to ideate and test new hypotheses
- Drive all aspects of the creative process – including but not limited to – select casting, direct shoots, write UGC content & sales messaging and provide direction for B-Roll
- Work closely with editors to bring ideas to life
- Analyze existing content, identify top performers and improve results through new sequences, different headlines or entirely new executions to test and scale
- Keep up to date on new creative messaging in the mental health care space
- Learn and apply Direct Response fundamentals to optimize results
- Collaborate across teams to incorporate insights, data and best practices into your work
