Position Summary: 

As a legal extern reporting to the General Counsel, you will work on legal review of social media posts, decks and presentations, contracts, minutes, compliance matters, and a variety of legal projects from July to August 2022. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Through this fall externship, the individual will develop an understanding of how an in-house legal department operates on a daily basis
• This position will be full-time, with the individual expected to work <40 hours a week 
• Analyze, review, and upload various legal contracts
• Research substantive legal issues relevant to a technology company regulated by FDA
• Assist on a variety of special projects as needed
• Collaborate with different attorneys and colleagues as projects become available

Required Qualifications:

• Law student currently enrolled at an ABA-accredited law school
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Interest in and desire to learn more about the intersection of healthcare and technology
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
