Job Summary

The Operations Associate will be focused on procurement and day-to-day oversight of lab supply replenishment and general equipment supervision. This position will evolve to work with the Operations Manager on projects for laboratory improvement and efficiency as Kallyope grows. Successful candidates must be organized, self-motivated, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment of laboratory supplies and track inventory
• Laboratory procurement and sourcing
• Distribute laboratory deliveries
• Liaison with waste contractors
• Oversee general lab equipment (freezers, incubators, etc.)
• SDS tracking

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, BA/BS preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to roll up sleeves and tackle any problem
