Job Description

MindMaze is seeking outstanding talents to help us set-up a US footprint.

As a MindMaze Market Value Associate Director, you will  join the Commercial team working closely on building and executing a forward-looking market access strategy to execute MindMaze’s vision of revolutionizing neurological care through digital therapeutics. Working in a fast-paced, global, intellectually rigorous environment, your primary key responsibility will be to provide leadership to the US Market Access Strategy Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help establish MindMaze as a leader in brain technology modernizing neurological recovery across the care continuum in the US. 
  • Lead development of value propositions to support/bolster reimbursement and access in the US
  • Develop go-to-market approach in coordination with VP Market Value, CCO and broader leadership team
  • Work with Product / Medical teams to design the evidence generation plan
  • Overall, this individual collaborates with brand and cross-functional partners to develop winning market access strategies and execution programs for products in the Neuroscience portfolio
  • Create and support market value strategy and tactics securing market access for MindMaze products and platform across the care continuum to include stakeholders such as Hospital and Health Systems, Therapy Centers, Health Plans / PBMs, Federal and State Government, National and Regional Advocacy Organizations and HTAs (e.g., ICER).
  • Coordinating with MindMaze business functions to develop and implement impactful market access strategies, tactics, and messaging.
  • Ensure all the account management field teams (payers, health systems and therapy centers) are supported with the right materials at the right time
  • Partner closely with priority national accounts to develop compliant customer-specific initiatives that drive greater product and patient outcomes for Mindmaze solutions
  • Partner across brand and Quality teams to create compliant marketing solutions for wider account management use that drive greater brand benefit and outcomes for our payer and institutional customer
  • Provide support as needed for managed markets assessments of licensing / acquisition opportunities, and pipeline stage-gate assessments 
  • Create and lead exchange forums to collect, handle and share customer/market insights; translate customer insight into strategy and tactics
  • Build and execute training plan for payer and institutional account teams, ensuring portfolio lens
  • Lead and serve as a responsible point for core elements of the Neuroscience Strategy, including but not limited to the access value proposition, account resources and training plan
  • Collaborate with Medical / Product Development to ensure robust publication plans and enduring/differentiating data generation specifically targeting organized customers
  • Effectively manage vendor relationships

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles/extended brand team environment for a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or relevant MedTech company.
  • A minimum of 4 years demonstrated market access or Payer Marketing.  Market Access Consulting experience highly preferred
  • An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and drive decision making is required.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge and success in navigating through changes in the healthcare marketplace, bringing an understanding of the industry’s customers, their challenges, and possible future healthcare scenarios.
  • Strong executive, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills.
  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification, MBA, or other graduate degree
  • Market Access Consulting experience highly preferred
