We’re looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Content and Membership team. In this role, you will focus on driving the execution of data-driven, cross-channel lifecycle marketing efforts across the member acquisition and retention funnel.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City Area, but we are open to other locations in the US.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our ESP (Braze) and SMS platform (Attentive)
- Build and manage sophisticated nurture programs for leads and customers in various segments and stages of the funnel
- Set up effective promotional, segmented, and action-triggered campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and member winback
- Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional email and in app development from design to coding
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as User Acquisition and eCommerce for lead generation placements, Editorial and Creative teams for campaign assets, Product Marketing for audience research, Product for in-app related messaging, and BI / data analysts for campaign analysis and testing
- Ensure proper email communication hygiene and compliance protocols, following GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc. standards as they are necessary.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing including 6+ years of experience in lifecycle related roles, with preference for at least some experience at a D2C brand
- Experience working with an ESP (Braze preferred) and delivering campaigns and messages based on triggered events
- Demonstrable results in using data to create effective campaigns, including via A/B testing, personalization, etc.
- High level of empathy for target members
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on impact
- Learning Quotient mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the health and wearables space
- HTML + CSS experience is a plus
