We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager, Compliance and Security to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the work and schedules for Security and Compliance projects across Oura’s Productivity mission. You will Work closely with business operations, security operations, software engineers, product managers, system testing and other engineering teams on projects: concept through release.

What You will do:

• Coordinate work and schedules for Security and Compliance projects across Oura’s Productivity mission
• Support platform lead engineers in roadmap prioritisation
• Ensure a good cross-team communication of schedules, progress and releases
• Connect people across the software and product organisation at opportune moments
• Develop and improve Compliance Program and Security documentation policies and procedures
• Document project/program meetings

We would love to have You on our team, if you have:

• A strategic eye in regard to shared requirements across programs and strategize optimal ordering to move multiple projects forward in parallel
• Experience leading and managing the technical implementation for multiple, simultaneous security or compliance projects
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, can think cloud native
• Experience of leading the technical implementation for one or more of the following: SOC2, HIPAA, US GAAP, QMS, Security Lifecycle, GDPR
• Experience with balancing internal engineering processes, business needs, and external audit requirements
• Excellent communication skills
  • Business process diagrams
  • Written and spoken English.
• Understanding of the pros and cons of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
