We are looking for a Product Manager – Hybrid/Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT)to plan and execute product research to bring clinical trials specific insights into the roadmap. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent questioning aptitude, be self-driven, autonomous, and demonstrated proficiency in driving collaboration across diverse cross-functional project teams, aligning priorities, setting expectations, and managing dependencies.

By joining the Product team, you will contribute to solving their key challenges of bringing problem and solution validated features into the product and improving and streamlining processes within the Product team and with other team.

Your mission

• Efficiently and effectively conduct product research (qualitative and quantitative) and data analysis to understand and validate market, customer, and user problems, as well as propose and validate solutions in the Hybrid/Decentralized clinical trials space
• Collaborating with the rest of the Product team, client-facing leads and other stakeholders to create a prioritised and data-backed roadmap that meets business objectives and delivers value to customers and improves the product’s market position
• Working with internal stakeholders, customers, and data to engage in continuous product discovery, prototyping, and validation of ideas
• Documenting product research outputs in epics and stories that are clear and effective
• Collaborating with the engineering team to break down work into actionable and realistic backlog items with accurate estimations of effort

From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have

• Experience in hands-on product discovery and research activities.
• 3+ years of experience in developing Hybrid/DCT products, ideally in a high growth, start-up environment
• Able to interpret data and insight and use it to inform the product roadmap.
• Experience of managing and delivering multiple priorities/projects to tight deadlines.
• Experience working with client-facing teams
• Proven success in dealing with ambiguous situations

It’s great, but not required, if you have

• Experience within a software as a service company
• Contract research organization (CRO)/Pharmaceuticals experience strongly preferred
