We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own and drive the product marketing work stream within the Product team. You will plan and execute Go-to-market launches, and bring insights from current customers and the market into the Product roadmap. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent story-telling aptitude, be self-driven and demonstrated proficiency in driving collaboration across diverse cross-functional project teams, aligning priorities, setting expectations, and managing dependencies.
By joining the Product team, you will contribute to solving their key challenges of developing and executing the product vision and direction. You will also improve and streamline processes within the Product team and with other teams.
This role can be based in the UK (London or remote) or Germany (remote).
Your mission
- Understand and analyse customer needs to develop offerings and messaging strategies
- Lead development of clear and compelling value propositions addressing customer outcomes
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets, define the messaging and positioning and craft engaging and compelling stories for feature launches
- Work closely with internal teams (product, design, marketing, sales, customer success, operations, engineering) to define and align processes, feedback, communication channels as well as identify revenue boosting opportunities
- Improve our understanding of our customers and competitors, through creating and maintaining user and buyer personas as well as gathering feedback and insights from customers and competitor and market analysis
- Lead internal communication and training on product features, Huma’s position in the market and our customers
- Drive engagements within external customer teams to promote Huma products
- Be the voice of Huma products and technologies to our customers and partners, both at Huma and externally, showcasing the unique benefits
From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have
- Experience in managing “go to market” strategy/plan for new product launches, product enhancements and campaigns
- 3+ years of experience in marketing B2B2C software products, ideally in a high growth, start-up environment
- The ability to interpret data and insight and use it to inform strategy and campaign execution
- Experience of managing and delivering multiple priorities/projects to tight deadlines
- Experience working with client-facing teamsProven success in dealing with ambiguous situations
It’s great, but not required, if you have
- Experience within a software as a service company
- Life Science/Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Experience with best practices and all regulatory procedures for ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 standards and others as required
