The Senior Director of Product will oversee the full platform lifecycle across design, build, and operation, including the resolution of delivery and operational resources. You will bring together skills from multiple disciplines to ensure the successful delivery and operations of technical aspects of Huma products and drive collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams, aligning priorities, setting expectations, and managing dependencies.

Your mission

• Lead and coach highly technical resources, including product managers, designers and engineers
• Collaborate with C-level/VP leaders across technology, design and business teams and act as an evangelist for the product and developer-customer, creating awareness of the capabilities and future of the product
• Initiate market research to hone the “problem to be solved” and customer needs
• Analyse product performance and make the appropriate adjustments

From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have

• MS/PhD in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree required
• Hands-on experience in all types of software development including design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, and system design 
• Technical Software Product Management in at least two of the following areas: cloud-based infrastructure, API and back end services, mobile development, AI, CI/CDExperience in managing “go to market” strategy/plan for new product launches, product enhancements and campaigns
• 3+ years of experience in marketing B2B software products, ideally in a high growth, start-up environment
• Ability to interpret data and insight and use it to inform strategy and campaign execution
• Experience working with client-facing teams

It’s great, but not required, if you have

• Experience within a software as a service company
• Life Science/Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Experience with best practices and all regulatory procedures for ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 standards and others as required
• Experience of product management at Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, IBM
