As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead our key internal and external programs of working. You will work closely with teams from across the organization and ensure teams are engaged when needed. You will be responsible for developing Huma’s program management approach and building out a team of project managers. 

Your mission

• Launch, drive, and land the delivery of internal projects by working with cross-functional teams within Huma
• Shape Huma’s internal delivery focusing on increasing the efficiency, predictability, and scalability of our approach
• Drive the definition of business requirements, align stakeholders on a solution approach, project-plan, and deliver key milestones
• Identify inefficiencies and propose approaches to address these
• Support governance reporting for ongoing status of the program versus agreed milestones and success criteria.
• Document and share key risks and issues and measure impact in verifying that the program is meeting its planned goals

From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have

• Proven work experience in a related role
• Strong communications skills, and an ability to synthesise technical information for internal and external audiences
• Experience guiding internal stakeholders through the program lifecycle
• The ability to easily transition between a conceptual and meticulous approach depending on the stage of delivery

It’s great, but not required, if you have

• Previous experience in digital health, either in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors
• Proven experience shaping a program management function and scaling an organisation’s approach
• Experience with software development (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) tools
