As a Solutions Consultant, you will be acting as the trusted advisor to our clients and internal teams on the Huma platform. Working collaboratively with Project Lead, you will tap into your deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities to recommend the right solution for each client’s particular use case. You will own the end to end configuration of the solution, and help to identify best practices for our platform to optimise for success across our multiple Life Science and Healthcare projects.

Your mission

• Be the technical expert in the project team–understand the Huma platform in depth and represent it to external stakeholders
• Work directly with the client to understand their requirements and design the best solution to meet their objectives
• Own the documentation for the client requirement, configure the solution, oversee quality assurance, and support with UAT 
• Help manage the solution configuration pipeline across different clients
• Work collaboratively to recommend upgrades to existing clients after the solution is live
• Contribute to optimising the solution delivery process while complying with our SOPs

From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have

• Proven work experience in a related role
• Strong communications skills, and an ability to synthesise technical information for internal and external audiences
• Experience guiding external stakeholders through the solution design process and providing creative recommendations
• A natural sense of organisation, enabling you to continuously prioritise and ensure thorough documentation
• The ability to easily transition between a conceptual and meticulous approach depending on the stage of delivery

It’s great, but not required, if you have

• Previous experience in digital health, either in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors
• Already worked in a start-up or early stage environment and thrived in the dynamism!
• Hands on experience in software development e.g. utilising common tools (JIRA, Confluence), relevant degree
