Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Senior Product Designer is responsible for designing a best-in-class, web based eCommerce and membership experience for our global community. This person will work with multiple stakeholders to design intuitive and high-converting solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data.

This role can be fully remote or a hybrid of remote/in-person if based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do:

• Design UX and UI for the core eCommerce purchase flow that serves both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business audiences, from ideation and wireframes through to execution and QA alongside the scrum team
• Continuously make recommendations to improve our UX/UI by analyzing quantitative data (heat maps, user recordings, on-site events) and conducting user research
• Collaborate with a wide range of teammates including Product Management, fellow UX/UI Designers, Creative Designers, Engineering, Marketing, and Business iIntelligence on product strategy and execution

Requirements

• Have 8+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably for a mass market DTC eCommerce and/or subscription-based company
• Have strong analytical abilities that allow you to quickly breakdown user pain points and optimizations for technical systems
• Can translate our complex product into simple and intuitive user-friendly design
• Have the ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets, and business goals
• Are self-motivated; able to work independently and within teams
• Experience working with international groups and distributed teams
• Knowledge of UI, typography, image, and related design standards for desktop and mobile websites
