The Role: Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore and develop new manufacturing technologies and methods supporting new product introductions that expand our market in neurostimulation devices.

Key Responsibilities:

As a valued team member, we will rely on you to support our growth in new products that provide great relief to patients, worldwide.  In this role, you will be a key member of product development teams where we:

• Identify and develop manufacturing processes and technologies supporting new product introductions.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, develop and implement
• Provide DFMA review/feedback to product development teams
• Characterize, and validate new processes
• Develop custom and off-the-shelf tooling and fixtures
• Create and release process and process development documentation 

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• A strong desire to effect positive change for the company and the people we work with.
• Ability and desire to work closely with cross-functional team members
• Hands-on problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Minimum Requirements:

• S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
• 0-5 years related experience
• Exposure to manufacturing processes and technology is desirable
• Exposure to the medical device industry and FDA requirements is desirable
• SolidWorks proficiency is desirable
