About the Media Manager at Headspace Health:

 

As the Media Manager for North America at Headspace Health, you’ll develop and execute high-performing, best-in-class full-funnel DTC paid media campaigns that fully align to our business’ overall go to market strategy and mission to help make the world a healthier, happier place. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media for North America, our ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic problem solver who is comfortable owning projects and making decisions based on their extensive experience in the industry.  You will make a significant impact on our DTC growth, and be a vital, all-around contributor to the continued success of the Headspace Health marketing team.

 

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

  • Strategize and plan media across all paid channels including digital, social, search, TV (broadcast + OTT), programmatic, audio, OOH, and affiliate marketing
  • Support a well rounded view of media throughout all phases of the funnel from brand campaigns to performance-based initiatives
  • Scale and optimize our existing channels while constantly seeking out and developing test plans for new platforms
  • Maximize growth through data-driven decisions, proactively monitoring and analyzing performance, the competitive landscape, and marketplace trends
  • Facilitate day-to-day channel-specific conversations with agencies/partners
  • Have ownership of a multi-million dollar growth budget and optimize campaigns accordingly to achieve our customer acquisition and performance goals
  • Steward and manage partnerships with third-party partners and vendors to empower our paid marketing efforts
  • Contribute to campaign recap decks and performance share-outs for senior level executives
  • Possess a drive to continually test new creatives, audiences and channels to drive growth and efficiencies

 

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in media planning and execution
  • In-house or top tier performance marketing agency background and/or experience working at an app-based company driving new consumer subscriptions is preferred
  • Experience working with media agencies and creative/production partners effectively
  • The ability to drive multiple projects forward at scale, leveraging data to shape the work and make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Solid understanding of ad tech tools, media tagging processes and attribution models
  • Experience in full funnel DTC marketing inclusive of performance paid social and brand activations 
  • Nice to have: proficiency in marketing platforms Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc. as well as experience on upper funnel brand executions i.e. OTT, brand partnerships, influencer relations, etc.
  • Proven analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills with strong proficiency in analyzing performance data
  • Use data to think strategically & make recommendations that can drive measurable results
  • A great communicator, with good presenting skills and a strong ability to build relationships with key partners across different levels
  • Confident when it comes to taking risks, trying new things, and learning from failure
  • A genuine and authentic passion for supporting mental health and wellness practice
  • Detail oriented, organized, and ability to prioritize in fast-paced, hyper-growth company
  • Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple people
  • Someone who proactively stays ahead of the curve on new strategies and use acquisition
