Working in the Upstream Marketing group, our interns will get the opportunity to contribute to strategic roadmapping of medical device solutions that will become real products that help patients around the world. We will teach you the skills to obtain and interpret voice of customer.

Areas interns will be exposed to:

• Qualitative and Quantitative voice of customer research methods with health care providers (HCPs)
• Analysis and interpretation of secondary market research and internal business data
• Product planning and lifecycle management for global markets
• Business case development and strategic product roadmapping
• Feature and product prioritization strategies
• Cross-functional collaboration within a mid-sized medical device company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or working toward a Bachelor’s including coursework in a technical field (engineering, biology, etc)
• Interest in the medical device industry
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and communicating findings from large data sets

Preferred

• Designing, conducting, and communicating scientific research (may be from course work)
• Experience with writing, executing, and analyzing surveys (may be from course work)
• Working towards an advanced degree (master’s or higher) in a field related to healthcare, engineering, neuroscience, psychology, or related fields
