We are looking for a driven and energetic Healthcare sales professional to lead our French Commercial team and scale Huma’s digital solution in France, powering better care through Remote Patient Monitoring. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial self-starter, who has a proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and build out new businesses.

By joining the French Commercial team, you will primarily contribute to the key challenge of developing Huma in France in collaboration with our channel partner. As part of the Commercial Team, you will bring momentum and focus to the commercial effort to drive transformation and improved care through the adoption of HUMA’s digital solutions.  

The Remote Patient Monitoring market is finally crossing the chasm, and HUMA – as a leader in that field – offers unique opportunities for passionate professionals who want to participate and make a difference in this disruption of Healthcare.

 

You will excel in our fast-paced environment, you’ll confidently take ownership of high-level commercial activities and be calm in the face of constant change and activity. You will partner with our partner salesforce to best bring the best care solutions to French hospitals and their patients.

 

Your mission

  • Promote and scale Huma’s Remote Patient Monitoring solution across French hospitals
  • Drive in a collaborative fashion the commercial “hunting” effort of our distribution partner
  • Oversee critical aspects of deal development and execution, such as contract negotiation and closing
  • Maintain existing, and build new, strong relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Be a key contributor to the marketing effort to create HUMA awareness
  • Be a strong contributor to the broader commercial growth strategy and expansion

 

From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have

  • 10+ years commercial and business development experience in sales to healthcare systems and hospitals (preferably including to public hospitals in France), and an experience in Digital Healthcare or software solution sales would be beneficial
  • Highly organised and focused on delivery: willing personally to drive and track progress, in time building a team with excellent program management capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen – naturally energised by delivering a contract and revenue target
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong network across hospitals and the ecosystem in France
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital care, public sector tenders and commercialisation practices in healthcare
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business or Marketing

 

It’s great, but not required, if you have

  • Previously sold a remote patient monitoring solution
  • Proven ability to sell SaaS solutions
