The core mission of the Medical Director role is to support the conceptualisation, design, development, validation, and evaluation process of the digital health products implemented by Huma in France. Jointly with the HUMA Sales team and HUMA partners, you will be the clinical interface of HUMA to the French KOLs and the medical community. You will also be a part of the general clinical scientific advisory body for the company.
We are looking for a self-starting Clinician who wants to join a team of creative, proactive, and driven professionals at the cutting edge of digital medicine. Applicants should feel comfortable in meeting with clinicians and in helping transform healthcare practices. You should be able to concisely present your ideas in both a verbal and formal manner in a clear and cohesive way. As a Clinician at Huma France, you will critically appraise evidence, and think innovatively around the topics you engage and research in.

Your mission
- Promote and scale Huma’s Remote Patient Monitoring solution across French hospitals
- Work closely & collaboratively with our Commercial, Delivery, Technology and Business Excellence communities to grow our business in France
- Evangelize KOLs and hospital clinicians on HUMA digitals solution in a variety of domains
- Help design, fine tune and improve digital health solutions implemented by HUMA customers in France
- Design, develop, validate, assess and improve processes of HUMA digital health services
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare, life sciences and other industries in France
- Review scientific literature around relevant clinical, scientific and digital topics
- Critically appraise research evidence across a range of therapeutic areas
From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have
- Degree in Medicine (MD/Dr. med), specialisation or academic interest preferably in Cardiovascular Disease and / or Diabetes
- 10+ years experience in Healthcare (public hospitals), preferably an experience in Digital Healthcare
- Experience in Sales or Marketing
- Strong digital health interest and understanding
- Experience in digital health or life sciences preferred
- Highly analytical with the ability to back this up with critical thinking
It’s great, but not required, if you have
- Experience in remote patient monitoring solution
- Experience in digital health in general
