Job Description

Following our two investment rounds (225 million $), MindMaze US commercial team is growing. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for boosting revenue growth, team development, strategy collaboration, customer acquisition, and profitability within a given geographical area. Working in collaboration with the Therapy Integration Manager, you care about providing the highest standards of services to each customer. You make sure that their relationship with MindMaze is special because you know what creating long-term and trusting relationships means.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products and services (using Mindmaze marketing materials) to current and prospective customers, using evidence-based outcomes
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers in order to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Promptly address customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Systematically achieve sales targets according to established sales goals
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other MindMaze departments
  • Analyze territory potential, track sales and report results monthly
  • Maintain, track, and work leads through Salesforce CRM product
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Additional duties as required

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Healthcare, Marketing, or related field versus proven healthcare sales experience
  • Multiple years  as a sales representative in the healthcare industry selling to C-suite decision makers and managing all aspects of sales cycle;
  • Ability to self-start and prioritize projects and tasks;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to create and nurture relationships.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Responding to potential clients or customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Willingness to travel nationally
  • Industry convention and/or tradeshow experience

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous exposure to CRM
  • Experience in starting-up new business accounts from the ground up 
  • Flexible and hands-on with a positive attitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Technology and computer savvy
  • Preferred Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) therapy sales experience
  • Comfortability with working in a remote environment
