Responsibilities:
- Participating in the planning and execution of the Asia marketing strategy and tactics for downstream marketing activities and commercial growth.
- Responsible for editorial direction, content calendar management, writing and design of all marketing materials.
- Ensure articulation and consistency of Insightec’s desired brand image and positioning both internally and externally.
- Manage press release development, earned media opportunities, thought leadership and the public relations agency in Asia.
- Direct external agencies contracted for the planning, production, and execution of physician/patient awareness and education programs.
- Manage and maintain Asian corporate websites and social media accounts.
- Participating in the strategic planning and execution of trade show presence.
- Contribute to internal communications programs as needed.
- Manage project budget and ensure that all marketing project expenditures stay within the approved budget
Skills and Experience:
- A Degree or equivalent knowledges in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or public relations in the medical device industry.
- Extensive experience with digital marketing forms such as online ads, social media marketing and content marketing.
- Experience developing creative, effective, and compliant marketing and promotional strategies in the medical device industry.
- Results-driven, motivated self-starter and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.
- Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Professional presence, ability to work with academic and business KOLs.
- Native Japanese speaker with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- This position requires extensive travel (about 40% of the work time) to: customer sites, trade shows, national and international.
