We are looking for self-driven person taking the lead for Finland within Neuroscience as we are expanding our footprint in the Nordics.
The Jazz Commercial Ambition is to be the #1 partner of all HCPs involved with Jazz, trusted, and recognized for our empathy, agility and relevance of action. Our Key Account Managers play a pivotal role in fulfilling our commercial ambition. As such, the Jazz Vision for our Key Account Managers is to be cornerstone of Jazz interactions in-field, accountable for the definition and coordination of personalized, targeted, multichannel HCP engagement strategies to maximize outcomes for HCPs and patients along with the commercial development of Jazz portfolio.
We are looking for a patient-inspired, passionate and experienced Key Account Manager who is committed to our mission of transforming the lives of patients living with severe rare and chronic conditions. The Key Account Manager will possess a high level of clinical aptitude and authentic empathy for patients and caregivers while establishing solution seeking partnerships with stakeholders who support patients and their families.
The role of the Key Account Manager is to maximise the full potential of the Neuroscience portfolio in Finland with key focus on Epilepsy and Epidyolex (cannabidiol). Epidyolex development is initially concentrating on severe, orphan, early-onset, treatment-resistant epilepsy syndromes including Dravet syndrome, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), and Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC).
Along with executing all promotional activities in Finland; the Key Account Manager will be playing an important role in developing and executing the brand strategy; strategically working with cross-functional leadership; accurately analyzing key business drivers and trends; building effective cross-functional and cross-country partnerships; and ensuring excellence in execution. The Key Account Manager will take full responsibility for the preparation and execution of strong territory business & key account management plans and be the country expert for Finland.

Essential Functions
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOL’s and Epilepsy centers in Finland
- Drive development and implementation of cross-functional key account plans in alignment with the Nordic strategy
- Help develop and implement impactful business plans and activities with strong focus on omnichannel approach, e.g., national online/F2F events, webinars, educational meetings, peer-to-peer programmes
- Help localize centrally developed solutions in line with insights on local drivers and requirements
- Partner and co-create with external stakeholders on key projects that will drive value to patients
- Build customer networks that enable the rapid identification, diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Deliver sales and related objectives against targets
- Monitor and evaluate performance
- Help analyze, interpret and leverage data including sales analytics, CRM reports, business statistics and customer feedback that provides an information framework for the development of strategic business plans
- Remove local prescribing barriers by helping priority accounts with solutions to local service limitations
- Identify and capture opportunities for business growth e.g., key account potential, new projects or added value services
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on ownership and accountability to maximize individual and company goals, establish open and honest communication with peers and senior leadership
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of disease state, product, customer, rare/orphan drug market, epilepsy market, competing products and the broader healthcare marketplace
- Accurate and timely reporting of customer and business records, through CRM system, using agreed performance measures
- Help drive ad-hoc business projects
- Collect and report pharmacovigilance information according to requirements and internal procedures
- Conduct business in accordance with all regulations and within Company policy, procedure, and ethical standard
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and passion for making a difference to patients
- Previous knowledge of and experience within Epilepsy/Neuroscience preferred
- Previous speciality pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally with a proven track record in orphan disease area
- Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively work with diverse audiences and influence cross-functionally
- Experience in working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Advanced account management skills and demonstrated business acumen with focus on driving innovative projects & solutions that bring added value to key stakeholders
- High learning agility and demonstrated scientific acumen
- Experience in working with appropriate partners on joint projects that deliver benefits to key stakeholders
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- Fully valid driving license
Description of Physical Demands
- To meet requirements, responsibilities may require working outside of normal business hours
- The size of Finland will necessitate appropriate management of travel requirements to ensure appropriate coverage
