Job Description

Following our two investment rounds (225 million $), MindMaze US commercial team is growing. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for boosting revenue growth, team development, strategy collaboration, customer acquisition, and profitability within a given geographical area. Working in collaboration with the Therapy Integration Manager, you care about providing the highest standards of services to each customer. You make sure that their relationship with MindMaze is special because you know what creating long-term and trusting relationships means.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, performance review for key business development personnel
  • Provide direct oversight to  departmental personnel
  • Monitoring and reporting financial activities for your assigned region
  • Responsible for profit & loss oversight for your assigned region
  • Establish, monitor and adhere to KPI’s
  • Ensure all sales fulfillment goals are met
  • Developing/ Implementing growth strategies:
    • Screen the market to understand and track the competitive landscape, liaising when necessary with the Commercial and Marketing counterparts to ensure integrated intelligence across teams
    • Identify and assess opportunities (partnering or acquisition) to address gaps in the portfolio or offering
    • Identify and analyze new emerging trends relevant for MindMaze across our healthcare portfolio
    • Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential new clients and source new business opportunities
  • Align with global marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with other Business Development Team Members to continuously improve the sales process and materials presented
  • Build and maintain customer satisfaction with new and current Mindmaze, US clients.
  • Document client interactions in CRM system and provide detailed and accurate forecasting

 

Additional Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Advanced or Graduate Degree
  • Specialized Credentials or certifications related to Digital Therapeutics
  • Previous technical and/or pharmaceutical sales experience and 
  • Participated in clinical trials
  • Meet/Exceed business plan established for assigned region
  • Participate in industry conferences and events
  • Other Duties as identified

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • Understanding the impact of DxTherapeutics on neuro-rehabilitation
  • Excellent business development and account management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • A positive attitude and high energy level
  • Interpersonal skills proven to establish effective relationships
  • Good judgment and high integrity
  • Ability to travel nationally or internationally
