As a Commercial manager, you will work directly with the CEO, supporting him with business development activities and with developing compelling customer proposals. You’ll help build out key customer relationships and partnerships. This role will also be responsible for the success of key strategic projects, coordinating work from the product, medical, regulatory, legal and operations teams.

Your mission
- Support with developing and following up on new business opportunities and partnerships driven by the CEO
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key existing partners and potential key customers
- Be responsible for maintaining records of all CEO projects in the CRM system and keep it up-to-date
- Coordinate with other colleagues across functions (including but not limited to Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Medical, Legal) to drive deal progression forward
- Provide updates on deal progression to CEO for the opportunities and partnerships driven by the CEO
- Support the different members of the Commercial team in larger projects e.g. preparing major proposals, tenders, RFP responses and other sales materials as required
From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build high quality presentations and documentation in structured and concise manner
- Process management skills and ability to work towards a set deadline
- Proven experience working in a tech related business interacting with executive teams and clients
- Strong interest and passion for digital health
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written & spoken English language skills
It’s great, but not required, if you have
- Already worked in a start-up or early stage environment and loved it
- Previous experience in digital health, either in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors
- Exposure to Hubspot
